Step inside this split-level Pocono retreat and feel right at home. A central staircase connects both levels. Upper level (main living): Step up to an open-concept rustic-meets-modern space. Straight ahead is a spacious kitchen with an island; to the left are the dining and living areas (pellet stove) and sliding doors that lead to a deck with BBQ and gas-fire-pit seating. To the right of the stairs is the primary bedroom (queen bed, smart TV, closet) with private access to the upstairs bathroom — a luxurious space with a freestanding soaking tub and a separate shower. That bathroom is also accessible from the common area via the door by the kitchen. Lower level (fully detailed): Walk down the stairs to a long hallway that organizes the sleeping and service spaces — everything down here is easy to find and laid out for privacy and convenience. • Bedroom A (first door on the left): Bunk room with a twin/single over a full bed (twin on top, full on bottom) plus a closet — great for kids or extra guests. (Twin = 1 person, Full = 2 people.) • Bedroom B (next door): Queen bed and a closet — cozy and private. • Owner’s closet (small door between bedrooms): Locked and not accessible to guests. • Bedroom C (next door): Queen bed with a spacious closet — quiet and comfortable. • Downstairs bathroom (end of the hallway): Full bathroom with a shower — serves the lower-level bedrooms. • Laundry / Utility (door next to the downstairs bathroom): Guest-accessible utility room with washer and dryer for your convenience. • Second locked utility/owner’s closet (adjacent to laundry): Locked and not accessible to guests. This layout gives you three bedrooms downstairs (two queens + bunk room) plus the upstairs primary — total sleeping for 9 guests (queen upstairs = 2, two queens downstairs = 4, bunk = 3). Backyard & extras: Beyond the deck, the backyard is a complete entertainment zone: a real wood fire pit with half-moon wooden bench seating and two swings, a wood-burning hot tub (jets + LED lights), a wood-burning sauna, and a woodshed. We provide unlimited access to our wood supply for a $25 convenience fee. There’s also another shed that’s currently locked but will soon be a game room. Comfort & climate: The main open-concept area and every bedroom have split units for heating and cooling so everyone can stay comfortable year-round.

We are located in a Private Gated Community. You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests. Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community. Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $80 will be added.

It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)! There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members. Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer. Important Information Location: Beach - Highridge Road Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Seneca Pool - BOULDER LAKE Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep! Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net. Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer. Important Information Location: Beaver & Skyline Drive Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Clubhouse Basketball Court - The BASKETBALL COURT is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school! Important Information Location: 95 Highridge Road Hours: Dawn to Dusk Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Fishing Lake - FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing! In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake!
