Please make sure that the person booking is 25 years old or older and is present throughout the stay unless approved. No parties or large events unless approved by our team via Airbnb message. Underage drinking is not allowed. We are drug free and smoke free Vacation Rental. Not obeying our House Rules can lead to immediate cancellation even during your stay. House Rules: More House Rules: 1) No boots in the house. 2) All children must be under adult supervision at all times. 3) Upon availability you may check in earlier or check out later with a $35 fee. 4) Pets are allowed in the house upon approval (Subject to the additional $50 fee). All pets must be under adult supervision at all times. Please be cognizant of others & do not let dogs on the furniture and beds. Also, please do not use any of our towels on dogs. 5) If the wood fireplace, or fire pit is being used, it must be under sober adult supervision at all times. 6) We have a Black Decker Drip Coffee Maker. Please, note that we do not provide coffee. 7) We have a gas grill, please do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety. We do not supply propane gas. Please consider getting it on your way to the house at i.e., gas station. Please note that there is an empty gas tank at the house available for refill. 8) If you have additional guests arrive please inform us as it affects your original reservation. 9) Be respectful to the surroundings and the neighbors. Please keep loud music and social events inside of the house after 10 PM. If you're spending time with your group in front of the fire pit or outside past 10 PM, it is fine but keep all noise down to a minimum. 10) Please do not place WINE GLASSES in the dishwasher, because they will break. 11) Linen: bedding is provided according to the property’s bedding configuration (one kit per bed), as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest (according to the number of guests that the property accommodates). Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. Washer and dryer are available in case the group feels the need to wash them. Linen shall not be used for cleaning make-up/ floor/etc; 12) Lost and found: we are not responsible for lost/forgotten items, but in case that happens, we will do our best to locate those and ship them back to you. 13) Please, do not any chemicals/soaps to the pool (penalty fee might apply). Please, make sure kids are under adult supervisions while in and near the pool.
