House Rules - Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay - If you have additional guests arrive please inform us at least 3 days before your check in day - No parties, underage drinking, drugs, or indoor smoking - Quiet hours after 10 PM outdoors - Pets welcome with fee & prior notice (no pets on beds/furniture) - Propane grill only — do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety (We do not provide propane gas for grill and gas fire pit but there will be tanks available for refill if needed. We always recommend checking first if there is any gas left ) - No boots inside the house - Hot tub must be supervised by a sober adult - Please use the sauna responsibly and never leave it unattended. Do not pour oils or other liquids on the sauna rocks—only clean water is permitted. - Hot tub: Please, do not add water to the tub as it will change water's PH levels. Water in the hot tub is regularly treated and maintained by our trained cleaning crew. - Enjoy the steam room responsibly by limiting sessions to 15–20 minutes and using it at your own risk. Please shower before use, keep the area clean, and ensure children are always supervised. IMPORTANT: Please, shower before going into the hot tub to remove any chemicals from your body. If spa is left discolored and dirty to the point that it will require draining and refilling, it will require a $100 fee. - Only flush toilet paper — septic system in use - We have a Keurig coffee maker. Please note, that we do not provide coffee pods so if you're a coffee drinker, you must bring them with you - Damage, missing items, or fines will be charged to the booking guest - Please, just keep in mind that we do not allow smoking in the house. Additional $200 will be charged to the group if the rule is broken. We do allow outside smoking, please just make sure to clean up the cigarette residuals after yourself. - Linen: bedding is provided according to the property’s bedding configuration (one kit per bed), as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest (according to the number of guests that the property accommodates). Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. Washer and dryer are available in case the group feels the need to wash them. Linen shall not be used for cleaning make-up/ floor/etc; - Please be aware that we do not provide wood for the outside firepit - Please note that our property offers a Level 1 EV charging option only, which is a standard outdoor electrical outlet. Guests must bring their own compatible charging cable/equipment. - Pool – Please follow all hot tub rules. Pool is not heated and only open throughout Memorial Day to Labor Day unless confirmed with the host before hand. Sober Adult Supervision must be present during the use of the pool.
