Please note: After booking confirmation, guests will be required to provide information needed for mandatory community registration, including the primary renter’s name, phone number, email address, total number of guests, number of guests ages 6+, and vehicle information for all vehicles entering the community (driver name, vehicle make/model/year, license plate, state registration, and whether the vehicle is a rental). This information is required by Arrowhead Lake HOA in order to issue gate access and amenity passes prior to arrival.

📋 Arrowhead Lake Registration & Community Fees
All guests staying within Arrowhead Lake are required by the community to complete guest registration prior to arrival. We will handle the registration process for you, and all required community fees will be requested separately through the booking platform. Failure to complete registration and payment may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund per community policy.
🚗 Community Access & Passes
• Vehicle gate access QR codes will be provided via email prior to arrival
• Amenity passes will also be sent electronically
💳 Mandatory Community Fees
• One-time non-refundable registration/transaction fee: $20 per reservation
• Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle/card
👥 Temporary Membership Fees (Required for Guests Ages 6+)
In-Season Rates (May 23, 2026 – Sept 1, 2026):
• $8.50 per person, per day
• $42.50 weekly pass option
Off-Season Rates:
• $2.00 per person, per day
⚠️ Late Registration Policy
Reservations booked or registered less than 3 days before check-in are subject to an additional $100 late registration fee required by the community association.

• Registration/transaction fees are non-refundable
• Amenity and vehicle fees may only be refunded if the community cancellation request is submitted at least 3 days prior to arrival
• Community amenities, operating hours, and availability are managed entirely by the HOA and may change without notice due to weather, staffing, maintenance, or community policies
• These are community-required fees charged by the HOA for the use and maintenance of community amenities and are not host-imposed charges

Experience everything Arrowhead Lake has to offer! This amenity-filled, gated community is perfect for families, couples, and groups looking for a fun Pocono getaway year-round. Guests can enjoy access to two beautiful lakes ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating, along with four sandy beaches and three heated outdoor pools. The community also features playgrounds, picnic areas, and a Rental Shack with kayaks, bikes, and sports equipment available to rent. At the Lodge, enjoy indoor entertainment including live music, karaoke, crafts, billiards, a fitness center, library, and seasonal community events. Whether you're relaxing by the lake, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying the many activities nearby, Arrowhead Lake offers something for everyone!
🏊♂️ COMMUNITY POOLS AT ARROWHEAD LAKE
Guests can enjoy access to three heated outdoor community pools, open seasonally (weather permitting). Pools are typically open daily from 11 AM – 7 PM during peak summer season, making them the perfect place to relax, swim, and enjoy sunny Pocono days with family and friends.
The community also offers special evening swim sessions from 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM:
• Mondays – Adults Only Night
• Wednesdays – Family Swim for All Ages
• Fridays – Themed Pool Party Nights
Pool access requires a valid community pass through photo ID or QR code. Proper swim attire is required, and glass containers are not permitted in the pool areas for everyone’s safety.
Pool Locations:
1. Choctaw Pool - 120 Choctaw Dr - Located on the corner of Choctaw & Wyomissing Drive. Features racing/lap swim lanes and a children’s pool.
2. Island Pool - 132 Island Pool Dr - Located off Trout Creek Drive. This pool has an aquatic wheelchair for entry into the pool. Shaped like an arrow, the Island Pool features a children’s wading pool and fountain. Boat rentals and other recreation equipment is available at the Rental Shack.
3. Minisink Pool - 72 Minisink Dr - Located on the corner of Minisink & Moshannon Drive. Features a diving board, children’s pool and handicap pool lift.
🏖️ BEACHES & PLAYGROUNDS AT ARROWHEAD LAKE
Enjoy access to four beautiful sandy beaches throughout the community, perfect for relaxing, swimming, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Each beach area features playgrounds, picnic tables, charcoal grills, boating & fishing docks, ADA-accessible restrooms, and designated swimming areas.
Whether you’re enjoying a peaceful lakeside morning, grilling lunch by the water, or watching the kids play, Arrowhead Lake’s beaches offer the perfect Pocono summer experience. Beaches are open seasonally from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
Guests must have a valid community access pass (photo ID or QR code) to enter the beach areas. Proper swim attire is required. For safety reasons, inflatable rafts, noodles, and water toys are not permitted within designated swimming areas.

The Lodge is the heart of the community and a favorite gathering spot for guests year-round. Whether you’re looking to relax indoors, stay active, or enjoy community events, the Lodge offers something for everyone.
Guests can enjoy access to the fitness room, billiard room, library, Arrowhead store, and the community’s art gallery hallway. Throughout the year, the Lodge also hosts seasonal activities, events, entertainment, and community gatherings that make staying at Arrowhead Lake even more enjoyable.
