Cozy living room with electric fireplace & smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony with BBQ. Under the house, a covered lounge with a swing, dining area, and kayaks (available to use with with signed disclosure). In the yard, enjoy a fire pit, decorative fireplace, and direct river access with serene seating by the water.

MAIN LEVEL LAYOUT: As you walk in, you’ll be greeted by an open-concept space. The kitchen is to your right, while two closets are on your left — the first is open for guest use, and the second is a locked owner’s closet. Continuing forward, you’ll find the living and dining area. The right side features a cozy living room with a couch, coffee table, Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. On the left, a sliding door leads to the balcony, and a dining table with seating for four completes the space. On the further left side of the main level, there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom: Right bedroom: Full-size bed Left bedroom: Queen bed The bathroom, located next to the queen bedroom, includes a shower. BALCONY: Accessible from the living room area, the balcony offers Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. UNDER THE HOUSE AREA: A great place to unwind — featuring outdoor swings with a coffee table, two kayaks available for use (with signed waiver), an outdoor dining table, and another charcoal grill. BACKYARD: Enjoy the fire pit area with a decorative fireplace (for display only — no fires permitted inside it). From here, you’ll have direct access to the Beaver Kill, perfect for relaxing by the water or casting a line.

House Rules - Primary guest must be 21+ and present during the stay - If you have additional guests arrive please inform us at least 2 days before your check in day - No parties, underage drinking, drugs, or indoor smoking - No boots inside the house - Pets welcome with a $75 fee & prior notice (no pets on beds/furniture) - Charcoal grill only - Please, note that we do not provide charcoal - Wood - we do not provide wood so we recommend bringing it with you. It can be purchased at any closest gas station. - Use linens only for personal use — not for makeup or cleaning floors - Only flush toilet paper — septic system in use - No firearms allowed on property - Damage, missing items, or fines will be charged to the booking guest - Please, just keep in mind that we do not allow smoking in the house. Additional $200 will be charged to the group if the rule is broken. We do allow outside smoking, please just make sure to clean up the cigarette residuals after yourself. - Linen: bedding is provided according to the property’s bedding configuration (one kit per bed), as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest (according to the number of guests that the property accommodates). Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. Linen shall not be used for cleaning make-up/ floor/etc; - Essentials Provided Bathrooms: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner - Full size dispensers - Coffee: We have a Drip coffee maker - we do not provide coffee - Please, be aware that kayaks are available to use only with a signed waver. Once signed, we will provide the code to the kayak lock. - Please, be aware it's a carry in-carry out property and you must take the trash with you upon leaving. Charges, might apply when trash is left behind. Burning trash in the fire pit is not allowed. - Please, be aware that the outdoor fireplace by the fire pit area is decorative only. Fires are allowed only in the firepit

My husband and I went with our kids and my mother-in-law. We absolutely loved the place. It was a great getaway, relaxing by the river, beautiful views of the river and mountains. We really enjoyed the fire pit area underneath the house has cute little set up swing chairs to sit on picnic table if you’re looking for something relaxing and peaceful. I definitely recommend this home. The inside was so clean beautifully decorated.

I was absolutely pleased with my stay at this beautiful cabin . The kitchen has most of everything u need to cook and is spacious . Very peaceful and secluded . Host was very responsive and nice . If you guys are looking for a spot for the perfect getaway i would recommend.

The cabin is stunning. The kitchen provided all the dishes we needed to cook for Thanksgiving. Even though it was winter we were able to sit in the swings under the house. I could sit there all day. Inside and outside are just beautiful! The heater in the bathroom is a bonus and the shower is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
