INSIDE: 1st Level: As you enter, you’re welcomed into a spacious and stylish open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Straight ahead is the living room featuring a comfortable couch, smart TV, electric fireplace, and walkout access to the back deck and backyard. To the right is a cozy dining area, followed by a fully equipped modern kitchen with a peninsula and stainless steel appliances. Just off the dining area is the primary suite, offering a King-size bed, spacious closet, smart TV, walkout to the side yard, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a freestanding tub, shower, and double vanity. From the entryway to the left, you’ll find a coat closet, followed by a hallway. The first door is a locked owner’s closet, next is a convenient half bathroom easily accessible from the living and kitchen areas. Continuing down the hall, double doors on the right open to a laundry room with washer and dryer available at no extra cost. Further down the hallway is the second bedroom with a Queen-size bed and closet. The hallway then turns right to the main sleeping wing, where you’ll find a third bedroom with a Queen-size bed and closet, followed by a fourth bedroom also featuring a Queen-size bed and closet. Directly across these bedrooms is a spacious full bathroom with a freestanding tub, shower, and double vanity. At the end of the hallway is the staircase leading upstairs. 2nd Level: The second level is dedicated entirely to entertainment and fun. This spacious game room features another smart TV, a karaoke machine, a foosball table, and a selection of board games, making it the perfect spot for family time, friendly competitions, or relaxing evenings indoors OUTSIDE: Deck: The deck features a comfortable seating area, a gas fireplace, and a BBQ grill. From the deck, you can step directly into the backyard, making it perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Backyard: The backyard offers a peaceful outdoor retreat with a wood-burning hot tub (wood is not provided) and a fire pit area. Guests can enjoy direct access to a private creek and relax in the natural surroundings. House Rules - Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay unless approved otherwise. - If you have additional guests arrive please inform us at least 5 days before your check in day - No parties, underage drinking, drugs, or indoor smoking - Quiet hours after 10 PM outdoors - No boots inside the house - Pets welcome with fee & prior notice (no pets on beds/furniture) - Propane grill only — do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety (We do not provide propane gas for grill and gas fire pit but there will be tanks available for refill if needed. We always recommend checking first if there is any gas left ) - Hot tub, fire pit & indoor fireplace must be supervised by a sober adult - Use linens only for personal use — not for makeup or cleaning floors - Only flush toilet paper — septic system in use - No firearms allowed on property - Damage, missing items, or fines will be charged to the booking guest - Please, just keep in mind that we do not allow smoking in the house. Additional $200 will be charged to the group if the rule is broken. We do allow outside smoking, please just make sure to clean up the cigarette residuals after yourself. - Linen: bedding is provided according to the property’s bedding configuration (one kit per bed), as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest (according to the number of guests that the property accommodates). Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. Washer and dryer are available in case the group feels the need to wash them. Linen shall not be used for cleaning make-up/ floor/etc; - Wood: we dont provide wood but we have some for our personal use that we can offer you for $35 unlimited access Essentials Provided Bathrooms: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner - dispensers set per full bathroom. Kitchen: 1 roll of Paper towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bags, dishwasher pods Coffee pods & spices not provided—please bring your own Lost & Found We are not responsible for lost/forgotten items, but in case that happens, we will do our best to locate those and ship them back to you. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Available for $35, based on availability. Please request in advance. EV Charging Policy: For your convenience, our homes offer Level 1 charging through standard outlets. Please note that charging cables and adapters are not provided, as requirements vary by vehicle. If you plan to charge during your stay, kindly bring your own compatible equipment
