Modern home with an open concept layout.This home has three bedrooms and two full baths with large windows throughout the house that allows for an abundance of sunlight. Located on the first floor is the living room with a propane fireplace, 55 in. smart T.V and classic board games to kick back and relax. Mid size kitchen with ample space to host multiple cooks. Kitchen is also equipped with electric stove, dishwasher, air fryer/toaster oven, keurig Pods / coffee maker combo, pots, cooking and baking pans, cooking utensils, blender, cake mixer and a fire extinguisher. Also, on the first floor is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and large sliding doors with access to the balcony for the perfect morning stretch. The bedroom is located across from bathroom on the first floor which has a standard bathtub. Also on the first floor is the sunroom with access to the backyard and lake. There is something special about this sunroom at anytime of the day, but especially in the morning with a cup of coffee, hot coco or tea in hand gazing out to the lake. Lost in thoughts or reflecting on life as the sun comes up or sets down in the evening. Rise and shine on a king size bed in the master bedroom located on the second floor with windows that allows for a picturesque view of the lake. The sunroom is an extension of the deck which typically warms up with the sun but it is not equipped with a heater. *********IMPORTANT********* Only 3 cars spaces allowed due to parking space. There are blow dryers in each bathroom. A garment steamer and first aid kit located in the first floor bathroom. Fire Extinguisher in the kitchen. Please note there are also night lights which converts to flashlights in each room and hallway.
