Note: Any parties held at the property will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. • Quiet hours outdoors after 10 PM. • Please, note that the fireplace in the Movie is decorative and it cannot be used. • Pets - Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Please notify us in advance so we can adjust your reservation accordingly. • Safety & Property Use - Propane grill only — do not use charcoal in the gas grill. (Propane tank available for refill; guests must supply gas as needed.) - Fireworks, glitter, or moving furniture/appliances are not permitted. • Respect property boundaries; do not enter neighboring yards or private areas. • Only flush toilet paper; the property uses a septic system. • No firearms are allowed on the property. • Smoking Policy - No smoking indoors — $200 fee will be charged if broken. - Outdoor smoking is allowed but please clean up cigarette butts after yourself. • Linen & Towels - Bedding is provided according to the property’s configuration (one kit per bed). - One hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest are provided. Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. • Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Linens are for personal use only — do not use for cleaning floors, makeup, or other surfaces. • Damage & Charges - Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or fines incurred during their stay. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Available for $35, based on availability. Please request in advance.

The home was very comfortable for my family. Amenities were provided for children such as kitchenware and games. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and we enjoyed the fireplace upstairs. Hosts gave great recommendations that made the weekend less stressful.
