MAIN FLOOR: The spacious open floor plan is warm and inviting, with a large dining table that comfortably seats 12—ideal for shared meals and special gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with new appliances, makes cooking a breeze. Additional main living room area, with spacious couches and TV, overlooking cozy gas fireplace. The main floor features a cozy master bedroom with a queen bed, half bath, and direct access to the deck—perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings or stargazing at night. Two additional bedrooms, One with 2 full beds and another bedroom with 1 full bed. The floor has an additional full bathroom ensure everyone has a comfortable stay. BACKYARD: Step out from the Main Level onto the spacious back deck through the sliding glass door. Here, you'll find a BBQ grill and comfortable outdoor seating arranged around a cozy gas firepit—perfect for relaxing evenings. From the deck, a short path leads down to the backyard, where a wood-burning firepit awaits for a more rustic experience. Firepit chairs are conveniently stored in the nearby shed. UPPER FLOOR: Upstairs, a charming loft area and bedroom with two full beds await via a whimsical spiral staircase. Additional seating area with a couch and coffee table. BASEMENT: The finished basement is a favorite hangout spot, featuring two sets of full-over-full bunk beds with trundles, a full bath, a seating area with a Wii and movie setup, and even a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Additionally, enjoy the air hockey table as well as foosball table with your friends and family! PET POLICY: Dogs are welcome under the following conditions: Maximum of 2 house-trained, non-aggressive dogs (no puppies) $100 non-refundable pet fee Dogs must be crated if left alone Bring your own dog bed/blankets (no pets on beds or furniture) Pick up all waste Leashes required per community rules IMPORTANT NOTES: Guests have full access to the home, except locked storage areas. Security cameras are located outside only (facing driveway, backyard, and front door) for safety and are only reviewed if necessary. There are no indoor cameras present. The maximum occupancy is 12 (including infants) is strictly enforced by township law. A rental agreement must be completed within 72 hours of arrival and, including guest details and ID. Late submission may incur a $50 fee. The agreement needs to be sent back to us at least 72h before the arrival date. A maximum of 5 vehicles is allowed; no additional visitors beyond registered guests are permitted. Items like games and appliances may change without notice. GENERAL HOUSE RULES 📜 Treat Our Home Like Your Own This is a privately owned home, and we ask that you please treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property or its facilities. We are also not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay but we do our best to help to get them back to you if we find them at the property. By accepting this reservation, you are assuming responsibility for any risks that may arise from your use of the property or by inviting others onto the premises. Pets 🐶 We welcome up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee. Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and cleaned up after during your stay. Parking 🚗 Please park in the designated driveway areas only (front parking pad, front driveway, and side/back driveway). A maximum of 5 vehicles are allowed. Please do not leave your cars parked on the street at any circumstances. Also, please note that the garage is not for the guests' use. Occupancy Limit 👥 The home can accommodate a maximum of 12 occupants. Please respect this limit to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Please, note, the base rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night. This pricing structure keeps the stay convenient and affordable for both smaller and larger groups. Noise Ordinance 🔇 We have neighbors surrounding the property, and we ask that you respect the community’s noise ordinance, which starts at 11 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening. Excessive noise or unruly behavior may result in eviction and loss of your security deposit. Trash and Recycling 🗑️ Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the designated areas. Kindly take all trash to the compactors located near the entrance, on the left side of our property. There is no trash pickup service in our community, so it’s important to use the designated disposal locations. Wildlife 🦌 The area is home to many wild animals. While they are adorable, please remember that they are wild and should not be fed. Always keep food securely stored and avoid leaving food outdoors. Supervision of Children 👶 For safety reasons, children should never be left unsupervised at the property. SMOKING POLICY 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking is not allowed inside the house, deck, or screened-in porch. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors, but please refrain from discarding cigarette butts in the firepit, driveways, roadways, or neighboring properties. Violation If it is discovered that guests have smoked inside the property, it will result in a loss of the security deposit and a cleaning charge will be applied. APPLIANCES & UTILITIES ⚡ Proper Use Please use all appliances as intended. If there are any issues, feel free to contact the Property Manager for assistance. Washer/Dryer 🧺 The washer and dryer are available for your use, but please do not overload the machines. Remember to empty the lint trap after each use to ensure proper function. Any damage caused by improper use may result in a fee for repair. Energy Conservation 💡 Please turn off all lights, fans, and small appliances when leaving the house to conserve energy. KITCHEN RULES 🍴 Ventilation 🌬️ After cooking, please ventilate the kitchen to avoid lingering odors. Be sure to dispose of any kitchen scraps in the trash and avoid washing them down the drain. Dishwasher 🍽️ Please run the dishwasher only when it is full and use the provided dishwasher tabs. When cleaning the stove or appliances, only use glass cleaner and a sponge/paper towel. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage surfaces. Return Items 🔄 To help maintain inventory, please return all kitchen items to their original location after use. BARBECUE GRILL 🍔 Usage Please use the designated barbecue utensils provided, not the kitchen tongs. Be sure to move the grill away from the house to prevent damage to the siding. After use, clean the grill thoroughly as it’s easier to clean right away. Propane ⛽ Please, note that we do not provide propane, but you will find tanks available for refill if needed. Grilling Hours ⏰ To respect the neighborhood, please refrain from using the grill after 10 PM. SAFETY & SECURITY 🔐 Cameras and Detectors 📸 Please be aware that the property is equipped with security cameras overlooking the front steps and back driveway. We also have smoke and CO detectors for your safety. Please do not move or tamper with any of these devices. Windows and Doors 🪟 When leaving the house, make sure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain or water damage. Personal Belongings 🧳 We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you misplace something during your stay, please notify us, and we will look out for it. Accidents and Damages 💥 In the event of any accidental damage or breakage, please report it promptly. Furniture should not be moved from room to room, and no outdoor furniture should be taken inside. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES 📋 Guest Limits 🚶‍♀️ Only the individuals listed on the rental agreement are allowed to stay overnight. If you need to invite additional guests, please inform the Property Manager in advance. Visitor Policy 🏠 All visitors must be approved and registered with the community. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! It is an absolutely beautiful home, exactly as described. So much room for absolutely everyone. Great place to get together with the entire family and friends. The neighborhood is incredible. Very quiet and well maintained. The home is absolutely immaculate. Thank you to the homeowner, Kasia, for such a cozy and wonderful house 🙏 There were a couple of minor issues with the heaters, but Kasia quickly resolved the problem by sending a technician who fixed everything perfectly 🙏 We were very comfortable and cozy in this beautiful house. We had a great time. Everything was clean and all the amenities were provided. I recommend this house for a wonderful vacation with loved ones 🙌
