House Rules 1. Guest Registration If you plan to have additional guests join your stay, please notify us at least 5 days before check-in. We will need the full names and ages of all guests to register your stay with the Community Office, as required by our HOA. As we are located in a private community, it’s important we all follow the community guidelines. 2. Minimum Age Requirement The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis—please reach out if you're under 25. 3. No Outdoor Footwear Indoors Kindly remove all boots and dirty shoes before entering the house to help keep the space clean and cozy. 4. Pet Policy We are happy to welcome pets! A $50 pet fee applies per stay. 5. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Based on availability, early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a $35 fee. Please inquire in advance. 6. Supervision of Children Children must be under adult supervision at all times for safety reasons. 7. Coffee Maker We have a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. Please note we do not provide coffee/coffee pods—feel free to bring your favorite blend! 8. Fireplace Safety The fireplace must be operated only under sober adult supervision. 9. Septic & Well Water System Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Items like wipes, hygiene products, or food waste can clog the system and result in additional charges. 10. Grill Use We provide a gas grill. Please do not use charcoal, and note that while a propane tank is available, gas is not provided and will need to be refilled if empty. 11. Noise and Quiet Hours Please be respectful of our neighbors. All loud music or group activities must move indoors by 10 PM. Outdoor gatherings after that time are allowed, but noise should be kept to a minimum. Only one warning will be issued. 12. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted indoors. A $200 fee will be charged if this rule is broken. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of cigarette butts properly. 13. Linen Policy We provide: -One bedding set per bed -One hand towel per bathroom -One bath towel per guest We do not provide washcloths for sanitary reasons. A washer and dryer are available. Please do not use towels for makeup removal, cleaning floors, etc. 13. Lost & Found While we are not responsible for forgotten items, we will do our best to locate and return them to you if possible. 14. Starter Amenity Kit We provide basic supplies to get you started: -2 rolls of toilet paper -1 roll of paper towel -Trash bags (extra in the kitchen cabinet) -Dishwashing detergent, sponge, and a few dishwasher pods -Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner We do not provide spices, though you may find some left behind by previous guests. Once starter supplies are used, guests are responsible for any additional needs. 15. Hot Tub Policy If hot tub water becomes unusable and requires draining and refilling, a $100 fee will apply.

🏘️ Community Registration Requirement Our home is located in a private community. As required by the community association, all guests must complete a registration form prior to arrival. The form requires the full names of all guests and vehicle information (make, model, and license plate). This information must be submitted before check-in to ensure community access.
