Lovely Rental Unit on Long Island

More House Rules: 1) No boots in the house. 2) All children must be under adult supervision at all times. 3) Pets are allowed in the house upon approval (Subject to the additional $50 fee). All pets must be under adult supervision at all times. Please be cognizant of others & do not let dogs on the furniture and beds. Also, please do not use any of our towels on dogs. 4) Any broken dishes or glasses, ruined/missing towels or/and sheets are subject to additional charges ($25 per item). 5) Please do not discard any waste (only the provided toilet paper can be flushed down) into the toilet as it may clog the plumbing 6) We have a gas grill on the backyard patio. It can be used upon approval. Please do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety. We do not supply propane gas. 7) If you have additional guests arrive please inform us as it affects your original reservation. 8) Be respectful to the surroundings and the neighbors. Please keep a music down and social events inside of the apartment after 10 PM. If you're spending time with family in front of the fire pit at 12 AM, it is absolutely fine but all parties must be kept inside of the house otherwise. 9) Please, do not use hand towels to remove make up. There will be a fee for the towels left with makeup on. 10) Laundry: There is a shared laundry room located right by your apartment. Feel free to use it. Please use the products located on the water tank and behind the washer. 10) Please, do not lock the first basement door! Feel free to lock the apartment doors, but keep the main door unlocked to other tenants can use the laundry room. 11) There is a Street Parking available right in front of the house. If you can, please limit your trip to taking one car. If not, please let us know earlier so we can make some arrangements.
