BLVCK Cabin 3 Hot Tub/Sauna Near Bushkill/Shawnee

Please make sure that the person booking is 25 years old or older and is present throughout the stay unless approved. No parties or large events unless approved by our team via Airbnb message. Any guests outside of your confirmed booking will be charged $50 per person per night. Underage drinking is not allowed. We are drug free and smoke free Vacation Rental. Not obeying our House Rules or Community Rules can lead to immediate cancellation even during your stay. Please make yourself familiar with the community rules. Please, be aware that we are located withing an open community with its own rules and regulations, and we will be requiring you to provide us with some basic information and asking you to sign a Crime Release Addendum as per our Community Requirement. More House Rules: 1) No boots in the house. 2) All children must be under adult supervision at all times. 3) Pets are allowed in the house upon approval (Subject to the additional $50 fee). All pets must be under adult supervision at all times. Please be cognizant of others & do not let dogs on the furniture and beds. Also, please do not use any of our towels on dogs. 4) If the fireplace is being used, it must be under sober adult supervision at all times. 5) Any broken dishes or glasses, ruined/missing towels or/and sheets are subject to additional charges ($25 per item). 6) Please take the trash out after your stay. Bins are located at the driveway entrance. 7) This is a wood cabin in the mountains and there is septic sewage and well water. Please do not discard any waste into the toilet as it may clog the plumbing. 8) We have a gas grill, please do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety. We do not supply propane gas. Please consider getting it on your way to the Cabin at i.e., gas station (Wawa is the closest one to the Cabin) or Brewskies Beverage (55 N Courtland St, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301). Please note that there are empty gas tanks at the Cabin available for refills. 9) If you have additional guests arriving, please inform us as it affects your original reservation. 10) Please do not bring guns to shoot on our lands, please use the proper local facilities. 11) Be respectful to the surroundings and the neighbors. Please keep loud music and social events inside of the house after 10 PM. If you're spending time with your group in front of the fire pit or outside past 10 PM, it is fine but keep all noise down to a minimum. Only one warning will be given. 12) Please, do not use hand towels to remove make up. There will be a $10fee for the towels left with make up on. 13) Please do not place WINE GLASSES in the dishwasher, because they will break. ($10 charge for broken glass) 14) This is a true Mountain cabin so the roads are really steep and some of them are bumpy and have a lot of gravel, please note especially in the winter season we recommend all wheel drive vehicles to access the property in order to get around winter storms. 15) Coffee Machines: The Cabin is equipped with a regular French Press and Regular Keurig (We do not supply capsules) 16) DO NOT USE THE AC & HEAT AT THE SAME TIME!! 17) Hot tub -Please be aware that the hot tub is wood burning and it takes about 2-3h to heat when done properly. We share detailed instructions with our guests closet to the stay. Please make sure to keep the hot tub covered when not in use. 18) Please, be aware that we provide access to our supply of wood with a $25 convenience fee
