We are located in a Private Gated Community. Even if we're located right outside, the gate, we are still a part of that community and you will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests if you'd like to enter the community and use the amenities. Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community. Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $80 will be added. Please, be aware that there is a price change for bigger groups.

OUR Wood Burning Hot tub is open and available for our guests' use all year round. Our inground pool, is open Memorial Day Week - Labor Day Week - weather permitting. The opening and closing dates may very, so please message us first if you're booking mainly for the purpose of using the pool. If you are planning to use the Association amenities, wristbands are $10 per person and can be purchased directly at the community office: Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 4 PM Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM After 2 PM on Saturday and all day Sunday, wristbands can be purchased at the Seneca Pool Snack Shack (cash only). Community Office Address: 95 Highridge Rd Seneca Pool Address: 105 Seneca Dr Community Amenities. - MAIN LAKE Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)! There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members. Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer. Important Information Location: Beach - Highridge Road Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Seneca Pool - BOULDER LAKE Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep! Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net. Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer. Important Information Location: Beaver & Skyline Drive Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Clubhouse Basketball Court - The BASKETBALL COURT is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school! Important Information Location: 95 Highridge Road Hours: Dawn to Dusk Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Fishing Lake - FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing! In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake! Important Information Location: Mountain Road Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall IMLCA Clubhouse - OUTDOOR POOL - A great place to spend a hot afternoon with family and friends! Includes a smaller kiddie pool for younger children. Important Information Location: Seneca Trail Hours: 11 A.M - 7 P.M Opens: Early Summer Closes: Labor Day Twin Lake - TWIN LAKE is 3.5 acres wide and can go to be almost 6 feet deep. A great place to take a peaceful walk! Important Information Location: Twin Lake Road Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall - WATAUGA LAKE Watauga may be our smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families! Watauga also features a small playground area. Important Information Location: Watauga Lane Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Winding Way Basketball Court - Our 2ND basketball court is perfect for new and advanced players! Just remember to bring your own ball! There is no kiddie pool at this location. This home was honestly such a vibe and perfect for our double-couple getaway. The layout gave us the best of both worlds — two living rooms, private bathrooms, and plenty of space to hang together or have alone time. Everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The master bathroom deserves its own moment. The tub comfortably fits two adults, has massage jets, and the bathroom floors are heated — which was chef’s kiss, especially in the winter. We spent so much time just relaxing and unwinding. Nights by the fire and mornings surrounded by nature made the whole stay feel really peaceful. There’s also a lot to do nearby: skiing and snowboarding, ATV riding, and even the NASCAR track where you can do a ride-along or drive yourself. It’s a great mix of cozy and adventurous. Only small note — if you’re sleeping in the master and prefer a softer bed, I’d recommend bringing a mattress pad. Other than that, we loved it and would absolutely book again

Justyna & Lukasz cabin was so beautiful! Definitely 10/10!!! It was extremely clean and they were extremely responsive. We had an amazing time, the view was amazing and the privacy was great. We had so much fun in the cabin that we never made it to any of our plans. I’d definitely be back for our future trips!

Highly recommend this property. We had age ranges from 5yrs to 70yrs and there was something for everyone. We even had a visit from the local wildlife! The furniture was comfortable and special shout out for the pillows which were surprisingly very comfortable.

I booked a cabin for a family mountain trip for my wife's birthday. She trusted me completely with this choice, and when we arrived, she burst into tears of joy. The house was much better than she expected. We spent two days in the cabin with our dog and wondered if we should have rented it for longer because we didn't want to leave at all. The cabin is very clean, has all the necessary utensils, and there are plenty of different activities.
