This charming 3-bedroom, 1-level home offers a spacious and inviting layout. As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, perfect for gathering. The living room features a sleeper couch, comfortably accommodating 2 additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all basic essentials. A half-bathroom and door to the backyard complete the common area. A hallway leads to the private rooms: to the left, a laundry room is available for guest use throughout the stay. The first bedroom on the right is equipped with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a closet, dresser, and TV, ideal for up to 4 guests. Next door is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. At the end of the hallway, two more bedrooms offer ample space. To the right is a cozy room with a king-size bed, closet, and TV. The master suite, on the left, includes a king-size bed, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and a luxurious freestanding bathtub for ultimate relaxation.

1) No boots in the house. 2) All children must be under adult supervision at all times. 3) Upon availability you may check in earlier or check out later - please message us closer to the stay to check availability 4) Pets are allowed in the house upon approval (Subject to the additional $50 fee). All pets must be under adult supervision at all times. Please be cognizant of others & do not let dogs on the furniture and beds. Also, please do not use any of our towels on dogs. 5) We have a Black Decker Drip Coffee Maker. Please, note that we do not provide coffee. 6) We have a gas grill, please do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety. We do not supply propane gas. Please consider getting it on your way to the house at i.e., gas station. Please note that there is an empty gas tank at the house available for refill. 7) If you have additional guests arrive please inform us as it affects your original reservation. 8) Be respectful to the surroundings and the neighbors. Please keep loud music and social events inside of the house after 10 PM. If you're spending time with your group in front of the fire pit or outside past 10 PM, it is fine but keep all noise down to a minimum. 9) Please do not place WINE GLASSES in the dishwasher, because they will break. 10) Linen: bedding is provided according to the property’s bedding configuration (one kit per bed), as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest (according to the number of guests that the property accommodates). Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. Washer and dryer are available in case the group feels the need to wash them. Linen shall not be used for cleaning make-up/ floor/etc; 11) Lost and found: we are not responsible for lost/forgotten items, but in case that happens, we will do our best to locate those and ship them back to you.

Great place to stay, minutes to a beautiful beach by car or you can walk a few blocks to the bay! the house was super clean, beds were comfortable. There was an issue with the dishwasher that was promptly responded to. I 💯 would stay here again! Be prepared as there is only salt and pepper in the pantry...but the grocery store is 3 minutes away.

We had a great stay at Forteca Estate. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The property is beautiful and very peaceful, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
