Welcome to your perfect two-level getaway designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation. Thoughtfully designed with inviting indoor spaces and an entertainment-ready outdoor oasis, this home is ideal for families and groups looking to unwind together. MAIN LEVEL 🏡✨ Step in from the front patio into a stunning living room open to the second floor, creating a bright and airy feel. Enjoy cozy seating, a fireplace, and a basket of board games for memorable nights in. To the right, the kitchen and dining area comfortably seat six guests, with a sliding door leading back to the patio. Off the kitchen, you’ll find a stackable washer and dryer and a full bathroom with a shower. Near the staircase is the first bedroom featuring a queen bed, TV, and an owners closet (locked). UPPER LEVEL 🛏️🌙 Upstairs offers two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The largest bedroom to the left includes a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom also features a queen bed, TV, and closet. Directly in front of the staircase is a full bath with a shower/tub combo. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS 💤 The three queen beds comfortably accommodate 6 guests. We also provide 2 blow-up mattresses that can accommodate up to 4 additional guests if needed, making the home flexible for larger groups. PATIO 🔥🍔 The front patio welcomes you with a gas BBQ grill, cozy seating area, and a gas firepit — perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. BACKYARD 🌲♨️🎬 The backyard is your private entertainment oasis featuring a traditional fire pit with seating, a wood-burning hot tub, electric sauna, and outdoor TV — the ultimate space to relax and recharge under the stars.

- Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay - No parties, underage drinking, drugs, or indoor smoking - Quiet hours after 10 PM outdoors - No boots inside the house - Pets welcome with fee & prior notice (no pets on beds/furniture) - Propane grill only — do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety (We do not provide propane gas but there will be a tank available for refill ) - Hot tub must be supervised by a sober adult - Use linens only for personal use — not for makeup or cleaning floors - Only flush toilet paper — septic system in use - No firearms allowed on property - Damage, missing items, or community fines will be charged to the booking guest - Please, just keep in mind that we do not allow smoking in the house. Additional $200 will be charged to the group if the rule is broken. We do allow outside smoking, please just make sure to clean up the cigarette residuals after yourself. - Linen: bedding is provided according to the property’s bedding configuration (one kit per bed), as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest (according to the number of guests that the property accommodates). Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. Washer and dryer are available in case the group feels the need to wash them. Linen shall not be used for cleaning make-up/ floor/etc; Unlimited firewood available for a $35 fee Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Available for $35, based on availability.
