Pocono Escape w/ Hot Tub & Pool

Welcome to our Pocono Escape with Hot Tub & Pool, we hope all is well. Please note check in time is after 4 PM. Take into consideration that Please, keep in mind: Please make sure that the person booking is 25 years old or older and is present throughout the stay unless approved. No parties or large events unless approved by our team via Airbnb message. Underage drinking is not allowed. We are drug free and smoke free Vacation Rental. Not obeying our House Rules or Community Rules can lead to immediate cancellation even during your stay. Please make yourself familiar with the community rules. Any fines, tickets or complaints made by the neighbors or community will be sent directly to you and if there are any fees the person booking is fully responsible. House Rules: 1) If you have additional guests arrive please inform us at least 5 days before your check in day - Full Names of all guests need to be submitted to the Community Gate for Easy Access. Please, note that any names that you did not inform us of, will not be let into the community, and it it outside of our abilities to let them in. 2) Please keep in mind that we are located in the Community and we all must obey the community rules. We provide our guests with a link to Community Rules & Regulations upon booking. The Community has a speed limit of 25 - please be cognizant of your speed within the community they can send tickets based on your registration. 3) If you are planning to use the Association amenities, wristbands are $10 per person and can be purchased directly at the community office: Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 4 PM Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM After 2 PM on Saturday and all day Sunday, wristbands can be purchased at the Seneca Pool Snack Shack (cash only). Community Office Address: 95 Highridge Rd Seneca Pool Address: 105 Seneca Dr 4) No boots in the house. 5) Pet Policy: We are a Pet Friendly but we also have a pet fee, and if you are planning of bringing your fury friend with you, please let us know in advance so we can adjust your reservation accordingly. Please be cognizant of others & do not let dogs on the furniture and beds. Also, please do not use any of our towels on dogs. 6) Upon availability you may check in earlier or check out later with a $35 fee. 7) All children must be under adult supervision at all times. 8) HOT TUB: Please, do not add water to the tub as it will change water's PH levels. Water in the hot tub is regularly treated and maintained by our trained cleaning crew. IMPORTANT: Please, shower before going into the hot tub to remove any chemicals from your body. Upon booking, we provide a link to a short video instruction on opening of the hot tub cover, as not everyone is familiar with cover construction the video helps to see how to open the hot tub correctly and not damaging it. Please also remember to always close hot tub cover if no one uses it, there are low temperatures at night, opening hot tub for longer without it being used can cause damages to pipes and heating unit. Water gets cold much faster if cover is left opened, heating unit works double strength to warm it and can get overheat and damaged. IMPORTANT: Please, shower before going into the hot tub to remove any chemicals from your body. If spa is left discolored and dirty to the point that it will require draining and refilling, it will require a $100 fee. 11) We do have Drip Coffee Maker. Please, keep in mind that we do not provide coffee or coffee pods, so if you are a coffee drinker, make sure that you bring it with you. 12) If the fireplace OR hot tub is being used, it must be under sober adult supervision at all times. 13) Please recycle! Bins are located at end of the driveway, by the garage. Please do not overflow the bins. If there is no room in them, please just leave the garbage inside the house and just let us know. 14) This is a house in the mountains and there is septic sewage and well water. Please do not discard any waste into the toilet as it may clog the plumbing and subsequent fees will apply. 15) We have a gas grill, please do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety. (We do not provide propane gas but there will be a tank available for refill) 16) Please, keep the outdoor fire pit covered with the metal cover while using it 17) Be respectful to the surroundings and the neighbors. Please keep loud music and social events inside of the house after 10 PM. If you're spending time with your group in front of the fire pit or outside past 10 PM, it is fine but keep all noise down to a minimum. Only one warning will be given. 18) Please, just keep in mind that we do not allow smoking in the house. Additional $200 will be charged to the group if the rule is broken. We do allow outside smoking, please just make sure to clean up the cigarette residuals after yourself. 19) Linen: bedding is provided according to the property’s bedding configuration (one kit per bed), as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest (according to the number of guests that the property accommodates). Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. Washer and dryer are available in case the group feels the need to wash them. Linen shall not be used for cleaning make-up/ floor/etc; 20) Lost and found: we are not responsible for lost/forgotten items, but in case that happens, we will do our best to locate those and ship them back to you. 21) We use a self-catering system. Upon arrival, you’ll find a first use complimentary amenity kit containing: Bathrooms: one roll of toilet paper and travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion per one Full Bathroom; Kitchen Cabinet: one roll of paper towel, extra trash bags (besides the ones on the trash cans), dishwashing detergent, a sponge and a couple of dishwasher pods. We do not provide spices, but usually you may find some left behind by previous guests. Once the amenity kit is over, it is up to the group to provide more for the rest of the stay. *Most importantly, enjoy your stay and let us know if you ever have any questions or concerns.

It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)! There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members. Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer. Important Information Location: Beach - Highridge Road Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Seneca Pool - BOULDER LAKE Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep! Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net. Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer. Important Information Location: Beaver & Skyline Drive Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Clubhouse Basketball Court - The BASKETBALL COURT is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school! Important Information Location: 95 Highridge Road Hours: Dawn to Dusk Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Fishing Lake - FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing! In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake! Important Information Location: Mountain Road Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall IMLCA Clubhouse - OUTDOOR POOL - A great place to spend a hot afternoon with family and friends! Includes a smaller kiddie pool for younger children. Important Information Location: Seneca Trail Hours: 11 A.M - 7 P.M Opens: Early Summer Closes: Labor Day Twin Lake - TWIN LAKE is 3.5 acres wide and can go to be almost 6 feet deep. A great place to take a peaceful walk! Important Information Location: Twin Lake Road Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall - WATAUGA LAKE Watauga may be our smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families! Watauga also features a small playground area. Important Information Location: Watauga Lane Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Winding Way Basketball Court - Our 2ND basketball court is perfect for new and advanced players! Just remember to bring your own ball! Important Information Location: Winding Way Pool Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Winding Way Pool - 2nd OUTDOOR POOL - Our smaller pool, but still fun for everyone! There is no kiddie pool at this location. Important Information Location: Winding Way Hours: 11 A.M - 7 P.M Opens: Early Summer Closes: Labor Day Winding Way Tennis Courts - THE WINDING WAY TENNIS COURTST are located right behind our Winding Way Pool. They are the perfect place to hone your skills or play a few games with friends! Important Information Location: Winding Way Pool Hours: Dawn to Dusk Opens: Spring Closes: Fall
