To the left, unwind in the living room featuring a cozy electric fireplace, smart TV, and plush seating. Straight ahead, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances connects seamlessly to a dining area with seating for four. A sliding glass door opens to a peaceful back patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating, overlooking nothing but nature. Down the hallway, you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, heated floors, and complimentary toiletries. The open closet area includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and tranquil lake views, while the second bedroom features another queen bed and stunning sunrise scenery. Outside, enjoy your private lake deck, wood-burning hot tub, and firepit area with benches and a swing — the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking surroundings.

House Rules

House Rules - Primary guest must be 21+ and present during the stay - If you have additional guests arrive please inform us at least 2 days before your check in day - early check in / later check out can be accommodated when requested in advance. $35 fee applies for each - No parties, underage drinking, drugs, or indoor smoking - Quiet hours after 10 PM outdoors - No boots inside the house - Pets welcome with a $75 fee & prior notice (no pets on beds/furniture) - Propane grill only — do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety (We do not provide propane gas but there will be a tank available for refill ) - Wood - we do not provide wood so we recommend bringing it with you. It can be purchased at any closest gas station. - Fireplace, Firepit & hot tub must be supervised by a sober adult - Use linens only for personal use — not for makeup or cleaning floors - Only flush toilet paper — septic system in use - No firearms allowed on property - No swimming in the lake - Fishing is allowed, however it's catch and release only - Damage, missing items, or fines will be charged to the booking guest - Please, just keep in mind that we do not allow smoking in the house. Additional $200 will be charged to the group if the rule is broken. We do allow outside smoking, please just make sure to clean up the cigarette residuals after yourself. - Linen: bedding is provided according to the property’s bedding configuration (one kit per bed), as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest (according to the number of guests that the property accommodates). Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. Washer and dryer are available in case the group feels the need to wash them. Linen shall not be used for cleaning make-up/ floor/etc; - There is absolutely no crossing to the other property, and using the other side of the lake - Essentials Provided Bathrooms: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner - Full size dispensers - Coffee: We have a Keurig coffee maker - we do provide a few coffee pods per booking EV Charging Policy: For your convenience, our homes offer Level 1 charging through standard outlets. Please note that charging cables and adapters are not provided, as requirements vary by vehicle. If you plan to charge during your stay, kindly bring your own compatible equipment.
