⚠️ HOUSE RULES • No parties or events—this is a quiet, family-friendly community • Must be 25+ to book; valid ID required after reservation • Primary guest must be present for the entire stay • No smoking or drugs inside the home 🚗 GATED COMMUNITY REQUIREMENTS • A registration form must be filled out after booking • Required for access through the community gate • All guest names & vehicle info must be included • Only registered guests are allowed on the property ⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT • Check-in: After 4 PM | Check-out: By 10 AM • Early check-in & late check-out available upon availability • Must be approved in advance • Fee: $35 per request 📝 REGISTRATION POLICY • Registration form must be completed prior to arrival • Forms submitted 4 days or less before check-in incur a $75 late fee 🔥 HOME & AMENITY USE • Use firepit responsibly; never leave unattended • Return all amenity fobs before checkout • Fees apply for lost or unreturned fobs • We have a wood burning hot tub that requires burning and maintaining fire in the stove for about2-3h to heat up. 🧹 BEFORE YOU LEAVE • Gather used towels and leave them on the bathroom floor • Take trash to designated community disposal areas • Leave the home in a tidy condition 🚫 GENERAL • Respect neighbors and observe quiet hours • No underage drinking • Follow all community rules (speed limits, parking, etc.) • Any fines issued by the HOA/community during your stay are the guest’s responsibility • Violations may result in fines or removal without refund Thanks for confirming. Since the home isn’t suitable for parties or loud gatherings, we ask that any music stays at a low volume, especially outdoors, to keep things peaceful for the neighbors.
