🏡 HOUSE RULES 👤 PRIMARY GUEST The primary guest must be 25+ years old and present during the stay unless approved otherwise Only registered guests are allowed on the property If you plan to add guests, please inform us at least 5 days before check-in 🚫 PARTIES & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES No parties, events, underage drinking, or drugs No indoor smoking of any kind 🚭 Smoking is allowed outside only — please clean up all cigarette waste ⚠️ $200+ fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking inside 🔇 QUIET HOURS Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM You are welcome to continue enjoying the outdoor areas after 10 PM, however, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels low and be respectful of neighbors 👟 INSIDE THE HOME No boots or shoes inside the house Please treat the home with care and respect 🐾 PET POLICY Pets are welcome with prior notice and fee No pets on beds or furniture Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets 🔥 GRILL USE Propane grill only — do NOT use charcoal in a gas grill We do not provide propane, but tanks are available for refill We recommend checking propane levels upon arrival 🧺 LINENS & LAUNDRY Bedding is provided per bed (1 set per bed) Towels: 1 bath towel per guest 1 hand towel per bathroom Washcloths are not provided 🚫 Do NOT use linens for: Makeup removal Cleaning floors or spills Washer & dryer are available if needed 💸 DAMAGES & FINES Any damage, missing items or violations will be charged to the booking guest 🌴 POOL & OUTDOOR RULES 🏊 POOL SAFETY No glass allowed in or around the pool area (strict rule for safety) Use plastic or non-breakable drinkware only No running or rough play near the pool Pool maintenance takes place on Thursdays Maintenance staff may briefly access outdoor areas 🧰 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE General maintenance may occur on Fridays These are routine visits and typically involve exterior access only 🗑️ TRASH Please place bins at the curb Wednesday night Pickup is Thursday morning Kindly return bins after collection ❄️ AIR CONDITIONING Keep all doors and windows closed when AC is running Misuse may result in system damage and additional charges ☕ ESSENTIALS PROVIDED 🛁 Bathrooms Body wash, shampoo, conditioner (dispensers in each full bathroom) 🍽️ Kitchen 1 roll paper towels Dish soap & sponge Trash bags Dishwasher pods ⚠️ Coffee pods & spices are not provided — please bring your own 📦 LOST & FOUND We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
