Welcome to Summitgrove Cabin, your modern yet cozy Pocono escape where comfort meets fun. MAIN LEVEL Step into a bright foyer that opens into the heart of the home. To the right, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. Next to it is a full bathroom with a shower and a washer/dryer for your convenience. To the left, enjoy the open-concept living room with a warm electric fireplace and dining area. Off the living room is Bedroom 1, featuring a queen bed and closet space. A charming sunroom with heated floors invites you to relax, and from here you can step right onto the deck where the hot tub and outdoor entertainment await. UPPER LEVEL Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 is designed with kids in mind, offering two twin beds—one styled like a hut and the other a roll-out twin. The full bathroom is shared between both bedrooms and can be accessed directly from either room. OUTDOOR LIVING The spacious deck is a highlight, complete with an electric hot tub under a covered roof with an outdoor TV, perfect for soaking and watching a movie. There’s also a dining table, BBQ flat top grill, and a cozy seating area around a gas firepit. From the deck, stairs lead down to a large green backyard with plenty of space for kids to run and sun lounges for relaxation. To the side, you’ll discover a second firepit for a classic wood-burning campfire experience, a hammock strung beneath glowing string lights, and even a small spring adding a natural touch. GAME ROOM At the end of the driveway, the garage has been transformed into a stylish game room. Challenge friends to a ping pong match or enjoy board games in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re gathering by the fire, soaking in the hot tub, or playing games late into the night, Summitgrove Cabin offers the perfect Pocono getaway.

Other Details to Note

Since our cabin is located in a private (but not gated) community, we’ll need a few details after booking in order to register your stay with the community office. This includes the main guest’s full name, the number of additional guests, and vehicle information (main car's detailed information: Make/Model/Plate Number and number of any extra cars). Once we submit this, we’ll provide you with detailed check-in instructions ahead of your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy start to your stay. House Rules

House Rules - Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay - If you have additional guests arrive please inform us at least 3 days before your check in day - No parties, underage drinking, drugs, or indoor smoking - Quiet hours after 10 PM outdoors - No boots inside the house - Pets - please be aware that unfortunately we are not a pet friendly rental. - Propane grill / flat too — please be aware that we have a ground gas supply for the grill and firepit. It can be turned off and on underneath the deck (on the left side from the entrance staircase) - Hot tub must be supervised by a sober adult - Hot tub: Please, do not add water to the tub as it will change water's PH levels. Water in the hot tub is regularly treated and maintained by our trained cleaning crew. IMPORTANT: Please, shower before going into the hot tub to remove any chemicals from your body. If spa is left discolored and dirty to the point that it will require draining and refilling, it will require a $100 fee. - Fireplace - please be aware that the fireplace is electric. Please, do not burn wood or anything else inside it. - Only flush toilet paper — septic system in use. Please note that our bathrooms are equipped with smart toilets. They are self-cleaning, so there’s nothing you need to do after use—just enjoy the added comfort and convenience - Please note that the string lights are on a timer and will automatically turn on and off by themselves - No firearms allowed on property - Damage, missing items, or fines will be charged to the booking guest - Please, just keep in mind that we do not allow smoking in the house. Additional $200 will be charged to the group if the rule is broken. We do allow outside smoking, please just make sure to clean up the cigarette residuals after yourself. - Linen: bedding is provided according to the property’s bedding configuration (one kit per bed), as well as one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per guest (according to the number of guests that the property accommodates). Washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. Washer and dryer are available in case the group feels the need to wash them. Linen shall not be used for cleaning make-up/ floor/etc; - Please be aware that the gas fire pit is for decorative purposes only, and cannot be used to roast any food/marshmallows on it.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. We loved our stay in the Poconos , the house was perfect , so clean , spacious , and warm. We loved the games room and the hot tub, every room had a tv , all the bathrooms were super modern , and overall we had an amazing time !

We visited this place as a family, and it was amazing. It includes very good amenities to have a relax time, ours was during the winter and the fire place and hot tub worked amazingly. All the rooms are designed and organized perfectly, even a big room with plenty of space for kids. We have a baby and traveled with our portable crib and it fitted in the kids room and there was more space. It also has dryer and washing machine which is very convenient when traveling with kids and doing a lot of outdoor activities. Here we had an amazing relaxing time, the neighborhood is secure and very quiet. It has stores and restaurants close, also lots of activities to do close-by.

The place was absolutely amazing. The cabin feels like home, with everything you need and even more. The area around is great with cozy fireplace and relaxing veranda. This house located in safe and quiet surroundings and perfect for comfort and relaxation. We will definitely come back around summer time. I can only imagine how beautiful would it be with green leaves and breathtaking sunset. I will definitely recommend this place, you won’t regret it.
